Belt, Shoes & Accessories For Men

For some odd reason, when men dress nice, they always forget to leave out the belts, shoes, and accessories. I'm not sure why. Is this a clerical mistake or do you just not think it's important? The belt, not to sound too perverted, is a major focal point to the suite. Men's pocket watches are a great way to look, seem and feel business like and professional without seeming pretentious.
